On 5 September 2013. the Auckland Diocese of the Anglican Church will be deciding whether to divest its funds from the fossil fuel industry. Over the coming months, Anglican Dioceses all around the country will also be voting on this crucial issue, in what is set to be a landmark event in the history of environmental action in Aotearoa.

St Paul's Auckland hosted a forum featuring four fantastic speakers explaining why divesting is the right thing to do from the perspectives of theology, climate science, social justice, and ethical investing.

This video is Rod Oram's contribution to the forum.
