Tēnā koutou and welcome to the Anglican Diocese of Dunedin’s website. The Diocese of Dunedin covers the provinces of Otago and Southland in the lower South Island of New Zealand. It includes about thirty parishes as well as social service agencies in Dunedin and Invercargill, rest homes, a psycho-geriatric hospital, a girls’ school and a University hall of residence.

It is with great pleasure that Bishop Steven will be ordaining Rev’d Barbara Dineen as a Priest on Sunday, 13 May @ 4.00 pm at St Paul’s Cathedral.
I am very pleased to announce that Rev’d Graham Silkstone will be installed as Vicar of Waitaki North Oamaru at St Mary’s Oamaru on Saturday May 12th at 2pm.
Graham and his wife Christina come to us from the Diocese of Wellington. Please join with me in welcoming them to the Diocese.
