Objectives for the course:
● To support both emerging and experienced leaders, in
understanding and sustaining effective leadership
practice.
● To help leaders understand their vocation within the
global Body of Christ, now and into the future.
● To assist emerging leaders develop their competence
and confidence.
● To guide leaders on an inner transformational journey
that develops ‘the leader within’.
Who is the course for?:
The programme is for both emerging and experienced leaders, young and older, lay, clergy and bishops. Participants must be active in a leadership role. A good
standard of English is required, as all lectures and course material will be in English.
